Public Foundation “Center for Assistance to International Protection”

Public Foundation “Center for Assistance to International Protection” is a non-profit human rights organization created in 2007. The activities of the Fund are aimed at supporting the observance and promotion of national and international principles and norms in the field of human rights. The fund operates in the city of Osh.

The head is Tashbulatov Akylbek Kozuevich.

The key priority areas are:

  • Monitoring national legislation against international human rights standards and their observance;
  • Monitoring litigation, conducting strategic litigation in cases of public legal value;
  • Representation of legitimate interests and protection of the rights of injured persons in court and other state bodies;
  • Participation in the preparation of alternative reports on the implementation of the obligations of the Kyrgyz Republic under the UN Conventions;
  • Development of recommendations and lobbying for proposals to improve the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
